In the new 3 year FWF / NSC project "ECATA" – a joint project between Austria and Taiwan - soil scientists and aquatic ecologist from BOKU Vienna and WasserCluster Lunz cooperate with scientists from Taiwan to analyse the effects of extreme events on carbon cycling along the terrestrial – aquatic continuum in Taiwanese river systems.
