Master project: Behavioral video analysis of trout and charr

The project setup involved multiple groups of fish, each consisting of six individuals, which were video recorded every two hours for 30 minutes over several days. The study aims to explore the impact of different diets on fish behavior, simulating the effects of climate change by varying the availability of essential omega-3 fatty acids among the groups. To achieve thi, we developed an AI-powered tool capable of analyzing video data to track individual fish and assess their behaviors.
